INTRODUCING RUSS CARR LAW
Russell J. Carr, Esq.
Russ focuses his practice on civil litigation and appeals in California and Nevada. He is committed to providing exceptional client service, clear communication, and strategic advocacy at every stage of a case. Russ is particularly passionate about providing pro bono representation to disabled and indigent clients. With experience across a broad range of legal disciplines, Russ brings analytical precision and practical problem-solving to each client’s unique matter.
Russ graduated with Great Distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2019 and the California Bar in 2020. During law school, he served as an Extern at the Nevada Supreme Court and an Intern at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada. Following law school, Russ completed a one-year clerkship with the Nevada Court of Appeals and a two-year clerkship with the Nevada Supreme Court, serving for the Chiefs of both courts.
Before pursuing law, Russ earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Engineering. His technical background enhances his ability to analyze complex factual and legal issues calmly and methodically. Outside of his practice, Russ enjoys spending time with his family and his three dogs.
Hailey Teeter
Hailey serves as the Paralegal and Business Administrator for Russ Carr, PLLC, where she plays an integral role in both case management and firm operations. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Montana State University in 2021 and later graduated on the Dean’s List from Truckee Meadows Community College in 2024 with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.
Prior to entering the legal field, Hailey served as the Director of Marketing for a nonprofit organization, where she developed skills in strategic communication, organizational leadership, and operational management that continue to enhance her work in legal administration.
Outside the office, Hailey enjoys reading and spending quality time with friends and family.
